Hello Skin Artistry community,
How is everyone doing? We hope everyone is healthy and staying safe. We miss you guys! Good news, Gov. Abbott amended order allowing Texas spas to reopen May 8th. We are so happy to announce our reopening Monday, May 18th! We've been working behind the scenes on our reopening plans considering the health and safety of our clients, employees and community as whole.
At Skin Artistry, the heath and well-being of our valued clients, our team, and the community are our top priority. As a member of the spa community, we have always adhered to and exceeded the strict sanitation guideline set forth by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. It has always been our practice to take preventative actions to limit potential exposure to any viruses or bacteria.
Below are the specific steps we are taking to ensure your safety as we welcome you back to Skin Artistry Beauty Bar:
· In the treatment room, our estheticians will disinfect shared surfaces such as door handles, product displays and seating area throughout the day. The beds will have disposable sheets and pillow cases that will be thrown away after every client. Sanitizing supplies will be available upon entering and exiting the treatment room.
· Our estheticians will wear a face mask and gloves during every treatments. For treatments requiring closer contact, such as facials and eyebrow treatments, our team will also wear face shields for additional protection for both parties.
For our clients:
· Each client will be required to wear mask as you enter/exit the building and during your service (mask provided if needed). If the treatment doesn't allow you to wear a mask, such as a facial, then face shield along with a mask will be worn by the esthetician. Clients are also required to wash hands when entering the treatment room.
· If you are not feeling well, please stay home. If we notice you coughing we will kindly ask you to reschedule your appointment. We would be happy to reschedule any appointment and waive cancellation fees.
We cannot wait to treat you to all of the things you have been missing and requesting. Thank you for your love and support as we have gone through this unprecedented time. With the recent State announcement, we will reopen on May 18th. We look forward to seeing you in soon!
